So, your skin is like a ‘filter’ and guess what – it is the largest eliminating organ in the body. Your skin sheds its dermal layer and the cells are replaced every 21 to 28 days.
What happens when the filter is clogged with toxins – results in bumps, rashes, irritation, inflammation etc. When the toxic overload becomes overwhelming to the body, then we have these skin conditions including moles fungus etc.
So, it comes down to balancing the body pH and how to eliminate toxins from the body.
Food has always and still is the best medicine, that is nutritious food, not processed, fractionated, bleached, dyed, gassed, hormoned, homogenized, hydrolyzed, hydrogenated , carbonated, acetylated, bromated, flavored, deflavored, acidified, alkalinized, buffered, sulfated, nitrated, scented, textured, creamed, emulsified, thickened, thinned, defoamed, stabilized, preserved, waxed, etc …. you get the message.
Let’s kill two birds with one stone – if you cannot afford to have a sauna at home or go to the spa or Gym, here is a suggestion – wear some spandex from neck to ankle preferably ‘black’ since it absorbs’s heat and not reflect it. Then, put some ‘sweats’ top and bottom over the spandex and go running or brisk walking in the heat and return ‘soaked’ and then take a warm shower and hydrate with lime or lemon water since these fruits although they are acidic, the actually alkalinize the body because on the minerals that they contain.
Not, only have you burned some calories but you have also eliminated toxins as well from the body and you have opened and cleaned your skin pores and do this at least three times a week.
Lastly, remember to always take good control deep breaths and exhale properly several times a day since the body does not make oxygen- you have to provide it with oxygen.
